The pH of the generated anolyte solution depends on several variables such as the pH of the additive, the pH of the flow water, and the amperage settings on the electrolysis cells
This technological advancement means that Hypochlorous Acid can be generated without the byproduct of sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The result is a more stable product, with greater control over the final pH produced. Variations in local water pH are not a factor, when using the HypoAfrica system.

The cell must be manufactured in high grade titanium. Systems using electrolysis cells that are manufactured from lower quality alloys will deteriorate quickly and may not be generating Hypochlorous Acid.
If the electrolysis cell is made from steel or other lower grade metals, the electrolysis cell will deteriorate very quickly and will generate harmful chromium compounds that can be carcinogenic.
