General Disclosures

1. Yoda Heath & Environmental Solutions do not take any responsibility for product damage due to incorrect handling after delivery.

2. One-year warranty guarantee from the delivery date with testing and approval completed by Yoda Health & EnvironmentalSolutions.

3. Customer must ensure the use of appropriate surge protection and UPS; electrical hazards and damage are not covered by the warranty.

4. Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions will provide notification of required periodic maintenance and replacement of consumables/spare parts.



1. If the product breaks down within 7 days from the delivery date a replacement will be provided, free of charge.

2. If functional or mechanical defects occur within 1 month from the delivery date: repairs will be made, free of charge.

3. If the same defects occur more than 3 times within the warranty period: repairs will be made, free of charge.

4. The reactor cell is under warranty guarantee for 12 months from the date of delivery and installation.

5. Radic8 does offer extended warranty at a cost per product on a per annum basis.


This warranty is available to consumers in Ghana and across West Africa that purchased an Eco One, ULV Cold Fogger or Hypo 7.5 from Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions for commercial, personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.

Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions warrants that your Eco One, ULV Cold Fogger or Hypo 7.5 will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of original purchase and 5 years for the Hypo 7.5. Consumers need to maintain the original proof of purchase in order to obtain the warranty benefits. If proof of purchase is not provided, the purchase date for purposes of this warranty will be the date of manufacture. If the Eco One system, ULV Cold Fogger or Hypo 7.5 should prove to be defective within the warranty period, Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions will repair or replace it.

To obtain warranty service, call Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions Customer Service at +233 5401 24200 or email to obtain instructions on the return. The consumer shall be responsible for return shipping to Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, shipment or other ordinary household use.

This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages. For added protection and secure handling of any Hypo Africa product that is being returned, we recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged products are not covered under warranty.

Please be sure to include your return address, daytime phone number, description of the product defect, product model serial number # (located on bottom of product), the original date of purchase, and any other information pertinent to the product’s return.

Your Hypo Africa Eco One, Hypo 7.5 and ULV Cold Fogger has been manufactured to the strictest specifications and has been designed for use with the authorised accessories and replacement parts. This warranty expressly excludes any defects or damages caused by accessories, replacement parts, or repair service other than those that have been authorised by Yoda Health & Environmental Solutions.



Yoda Health and Environmental Solutions shall provide technical support for the VIRUSKILLER™ devices - this includes periodic replacement of consumables, spare parts and servicing. The maintenance cost is charged to the customer and comprises of the cost for the consumables, spare parts, servicing and labour provided by Yoda Health and Environmental Solutions.
